3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Verny Masonry and Landscapers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by the client and are subject to change if conditions differ from what was described or discovered during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Unless otherwise agreed:
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may be subject to a finance charge.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the scope of work already performed or materials already purchased. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

• Ensure access to the work area on the agreed service dates.
• Notify the company of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other site hazards.

7. Limitation of Liability
Verny Masonry and Landscapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damage caused by undisclosed site conditions, pre-existing damage, or natural events. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Warranty
Verny Masonry and Landscapers warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Plant material warranties, if any, will be specified in the service agreement. No warranty is provided for damage resulting from drought, disease, pests, or improper client maintenance after project completion.
9. Intellectual Property
